Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. All bills are due the 10th of the month after that a 10% late fee will be accessed on the account. If not paid in full by the 20th of the month service is subject to disconnection. A $40 reconnect fee for during business hours and $60 for after hours reconnect will be added to accounts turned off for non payment.
Tampering or modification of a RDA Meter, Lock, or Meter Setter will be accessed a MINIMUM $100.00 fine but not to exceed $2,000 fine and subject to PERMANT TERMINIATION and CRIMINAL CHARGES.
